SQUARE Pharmaceuticals Limited has published a job circular for the position of Junior Officer, Accounts & Finance.

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Export:
- Monitor and Record of Export sales, local sales and collections
- Monitor export related accounts receivable & overseas expenditure of different countries
- Import:
- Check and record of LC opening, LC retirement activities and record in SAP
- Monitor Daily Custom duties payment
- Check C&F bills, transport bills and processing for payments
- Perform Reconciliation for monthly import related payments with ledger
- Handle various LC related disputes
- Export Incentive:
- Prepare initial application letter for incentive
- Prepare product costing data as per annexure & commercial invoice
- Fill up form KA and KHA of accounting part
- Submit documents to the authorized bank for collect audit certificates
- Handle audit observations against submitted documents by external auditor
- Accounts Payable:
- Receive bill from various department
- Cash bill entry in SAP
- Check C&F bill, clinical bill, PC bill
- Urgent bill post in SAP

Pre-requisite to apply:

MBA/M. Com in Accounting & Finance
2-3 years relevant experience preferable but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
Well conversant in MS Office (Specially in Excel)
Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
Smart, energetic and willing to travel frequently
Within 32 years of age
