Job Responsibilities

  • Attend inbound customer call and provide solution within the defined SLA.
  • Perform outbound calls as and when required
  • Track service level, call waiting, abandonment and ensure further calls to those customers.
  • Records customers complain and forward them to respective departments to ensure proper resolution.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
  • Provide product and service information to customers through call center inbound/outbound channel.
  • Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer.
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
  • Perform any other additional activities as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation in any discipline with minimum CGPA 3.00 from any reputed university

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  • Age at most 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must be able to work in roster duty.
  • Experience in handling multiple tasks.
  • Must be fluent in Bengali & English
