Call Center Executive (Contractual/Permanent) at Shimanto Bank Limited
- Attend inbound customer call and provide solution within the defined SLA.
- Perform outbound calls as and when required
- Track service level, call waiting, abandonment and ensure further calls to those customers.
- Records customers complain and forward them to respective departments to ensure proper resolution.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
- Provide product and service information to customers through call center inbound/outbound channel.
- Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer.
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
- Perform any other additional activities as assigned by management.
- Work at office
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline with minimum CGPA 3.00 from any reputed university
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bank, Call Center, Contact Center
- Age at most 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must be able to work in roster duty.
- Experience in handling multiple tasks.
- Must be fluent in Bengali & English
