Job Responsibilities

  • To conduct performance management system to review and appraise the performance of associates yearly against their assigned jobs to measure the caliber and potentiality of the associates.
  • To ensure effective reward & compensation system in the organization for the satisfaction of associates.
  • Maintaining a viable office culture by supporting with HR arrangement and effective HR policy.
  • Implementing HR tools for organized operation of the organization.
  • To assist to design & implement performance management system to enable the associates understanding the goal of the team and organization as expected based on the assigned jobs.
  • To coordinate with the managers for performance management & performance improvement.
  • To work with learning & development team to ensure better performance of the associates through training & development as required in performance review.
  • To conduct 2 way communication between associates and managers after the review of performance.
  • Working on recontact and permanent issue of contractual Line Associate.
  • To conduct & coordinate probationary evaluation of new joiners probation period.
  • Supporting HR colleagues while required to complete the task as a team.
  • Any other activities assigned by my superiors and management.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation from Reputed Institution (Majoring in HR)
  • MBA Preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    knowledge of ERP Management System, Performance Management System, SAP
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Multinational Companies, Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
