Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Analyze market potentiality and new market creation
- Forecast Sales target and growth projections
- Analyze new product potentiality and forecast
- Develop data quality metrics and ensuring business data and reporting needs are met
- Communicate business and functional requirements for implementation of business solution
- Plan & develop different strategy for sales force and defined markets/territories/regions
- Take initiatives for the improvement of sales activities.
- Execute business analytics and communicate it to sales forces
- Provide operational support to sales forces
- Monitor performance of sales forces and initiate controlling measures
- Propose & plan for market restructuring as per market potentiality
Pre-requisite to apply:
- BBA in Marketing
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferable but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess excellent planning, execution and analytical skills
- Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
- Smart, energetic and willing to travel frequently
- Well conversant in MS Office
- Within 28 years of age
