Required Qualifications & Competencies

BBA/MBA with major in HR Management/Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM from any well-reputed university/institution.
Minimum working experience of 1 to 3 years in relevant field. Candidates having experience of Talent Acquisition in pharma industry are highly encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be mentally and physically fit to travel at different depot offices throughout the country.
Good expertise on HRIS/MS Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) along with good communication skills (verbal and writing both in English and Bangle).
Age limit is within 35 (thirty five) years.
