Role/ Department Overview:

This position will be responsible to develop the Premium Segment’s Brand identity, define the segments, strategized loyalty journey for top revenue generating customers. Plan campaigns for different customer segments and monitor the effectiveness of those activities. Budget management and roadmap implementation one time will be another core responsibility to ensure the revenue growth. This position will demand the understanding of customer loyalty program, partnership model, brand building and contribute to the revenue growth.

This role will play a crucial role in the next few years to develop the GP brand to the premium segment of Grameenphone.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop the Loyalty Brand with value propositions
  • Run the segmentation exercise to define the premium segment
  • Work with other functions to ensure a gamification for the loyal customers
  • Develop the Brand Communication framework and design philosophy
  • Develop a partnership framework that compliment the core strategy
  • Develop the Quarterly roadmap and budget planning
  • Come up with action plan for new growth areas and translate that into partnership model
  • Recommend possible partners keeping the segments need in mind
  • Devise action plan against the premium segment’s churn, data dent and loyalty erosion
  • Measure the campaigns success and take necessary actions to make it better
  • Maintain the segments and partnership success after every campaigns

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Business/Technology Graduate from a reputed University
  • 3-5 years’ experience, preferably worked in loyalty program

Personal Characteristics and Behavior:

  • “Can Do” Attitude, curious and willing to learn
  • Analytical ability to understand segments and translate that into actions
  • Team player and able to work within a diverse team across the organization
  • Structured, driven and result oriented with a strong will to deliver on goals
  • Articulate with good communication and interpersonal skills to rally people around the cause and to get necessary buy-in from stakeholders to deliver on objectives
