Senior Officer, Human Resource Division

JOB PURPOSE

Assist to develop, review and implement compensation strategy, review current benefit arrangements to assess whether they are competitive or not and recommend new benefits to the management. Also ensure annual compensation events implements in time and in right way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist to develop, review and implement compensation strategy for the organisation
  • Designing reports and recommendations based on cost analysis for senior management team regarding compensation and benefit
  • Job Evaluation of Positions using HAY tool to fix the grade of the positions.
  • Assist to review existing benefits arrangement
  • Ensure compensation and benefit plans are cost effective and competitive
  • Provide necessary support to HR Partners to finalize manpower budget for existing and new projects
  • Ensure yearly compensation events like; cost of living adjustment, grade and salary review etc.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

  • Compensation and benefit strategy and practices
    Job Evaluation method and organizational structure
  • Skills of identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Human Resources Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, compensation and benefits, labor relations and information systems.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Graduate in any discipline

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum one year experience of working in compensation and benefits field is required
