Reservation & Ticketing Assistant
Singapore Airlines Ltd (GSA Saimon Global)
- Selected candidate will be representing Singapore Airlines, the World`s Most Awarded Airline, to provide world-class customer service to customers and travel agencies.
- Handle flight reservations and ticketing requests for Singapore Airlines Ltd. customers in-person, over the phone and through email.
- Support Sales team (internal) as well as travel agencies and corporate clients (external) to resolve reservations & ticketing issues and requests, including seat confirmation.
- Manage, investigate, and respond to customer feedback through email.
- Pre-flight preparation including reviewing of booked loads, re-accommodation and call-out to customers.
- Sales administration & reporting.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 1 to 5 year(s)
- Relevant working experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Candidate must have a passion for customer service, possess a friendly and pleasant personality, and comfortable working under pressure individually and as part of a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willing to work shifts.
- Candidates with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Amadeus or Altea Reservations systems, or previous call center experience will be highly regarded.
- Selected candidate will be hired under Singapore Airlines’ GSA, Saimon Global Ltd.
