Job Context

  • Operational role where the selected candidate will be representing Singapore Airlines, the World`s Most Awarded Airline, as an airport ground staff to provide world-class customer service to customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Processing and facilitating customers across various airport touchpoints from check-in, baggage acceptance, boarding to general flight turnaround activities.
  • Tasks include customer servicing, dispute resolution, irregular flight operations management and executing pre- and post-flight administrative duties.
  • Facilitating regular engagement with various service handling partners, regulatory government, and airport agencies and relevant internal overseas or HQ stakeholders.
  • Handling other administrative items such as preparing department performance reports and executing meticulous invoice verification on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring safety standards and hygiene across all facets of airlines operation including conducting periodical audit checks and reporting.

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • A customer-service oriented team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skill(s).
  • Possesses strong analytical traits and highly proficient in using various computer functions (e.g., MS Office, Adobe PDF etc.).
  • Willing to work shift hours.
  • Selected candidate will be hired under Singapore Airlines’ GSA, Saimon Global Ltd.
