Develop and maintain strong relationship with Corporate Offices, Institutions & high-net-worth individuals to sale Deposit/ Liability Products
Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of deposits/ liability business
Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries
To develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health
Create opportunity to maintain organization’s mother account and to signing Payroll Business Agreement
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business through regular customer visits and industry research
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements
To follow and maintain the compliance of all types and policies of the competent authorities

Full-time

Minimum 4 years of experience in reputed banks /FIs with similar exposure
Strong knowledge in banking/ financial services, deposit/ Cash Management products and compliances
Well round knowledge of the Bank’s operations and processes and credit policies and procedures
Experience of working in centralized environment and real time on-line banking will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications
