Job Purpose
A highly motivated and experienced IT Business Partner with expertise in project management, team leadership, budget management, enterprise solution architecture, cloud solution architecture, financial and supply chain processes, database management, and SAP ABAP. He/She will play a critical role in aligning IT solutions with business objectives, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects, leading a team, managing budgets, defining enterprise solution architecture, crafting cloud solutions, and supporting SAP ABAP development initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs and challenges and translate these into IT solutions.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage IT budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Enterprise Solution Architecture: Define and maintain the organization’s enterprise solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
- Cloud Solution Architecture: Design and implement cloud-based solutions, optimizing performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Financial and Supply Chain Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes, providing guidance on IT solutions to optimize these functions.
- Database Management: Oversee and manage database systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
- SAP Expertise: Utilize your expertise in SAP to support development efforts, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system functionality in collaboration with the vendor.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring team objectives are met.
- Pressure Handling: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Professional Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- 6-7 years of proven experience in IT business partnering and project management.
- Strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Proficiency in enterprise solution architecture and cloud solution architecture.
- Proficiency in database management.
- Experience and understanding of SAP ABAP development.
- Previous experience in team leadership or management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
