Job Title: Call Center Officer Contractual
Designation : Trainee Sales Executive/Sales Executive /Senior Sales Executive
Experience: At least 03 years in any reputed commercial Bank/Telco Company. The candidate should have experience in the area of Bank, Non Banking Financial Institutions, Telecommunication, Call Center, and Contact Center.
Education: Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university in home/abroad and having no 3rd division/class in academic career.
- Attend inbound customer call and provide solution within the define SLA.
- Perform outbound calls as and when required.
- 17ack service level. Call waiting, abandonment and ensure further calls to those customers.
- Records customers complain and forward them to respective departments to ensure proper resolution.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
- Provide product and service information to customers through call center inbound/outbound channel. Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer.
- Keeping record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
- Perform any other additional activities as assigned by the management.
Must be fluent in Bengali & English.
