Jamuna Bank Ltd. (JBL) has recently published a circular for the position of Call Center Officer Contractual.

Job Title: Call Center Officer Contractual

Designation : Trainee Sales Executive/Sales Executive /Senior Sales Executive

Experience: At least 03 years in any reputed commercial Bank/Telco Company. The candidate should have experience in the area of Bank, Non Banking Financial Institutions, Telecommunication, Call Center, and Contact Center.

Education: Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university in home/abroad and having no 3rd division/class in academic career.

Responsibility:

  • Attend inbound customer call and provide solution within the define SLA.
  • Perform outbound calls as and when required.
  • 17ack service level. Call waiting, abandonment and ensure further calls to those customers.
  • Records customers complain and forward them to respective departments to ensure proper resolution.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
  • Provide product and service information to customers through call center inbound/outbound channel. Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer.
  • Keeping record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
  • Perform any other additional activities as assigned by the management.

Must be fluent in Bengali & English.
