Admin & Front Desk Officer

Dhaka, Bangladesh — Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Executing day to day basis general administrative activities
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
  • Manage janitorial stuff and administer office security and logistics support
  • Assisting in travel and logistics arrangement for the overseas visitors and foreign guests
  • Monitor and update employees’ monthly leave record and movement register
  • Attending to Reception desk/Front office, handling communication system (i.e. PABX/Fax etc.)
  • Coordinating with HR, Finance and IT functions for ensuring shared services to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably one year of experience in administrative role however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • High interpersonal, influential, and good communication skill
  • Fluency in English speaking, writing and listening
  • Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow
  • Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients
  • Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team
