Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Receive daily collection and deposit in Bank and update accounts receivable regularly through SAP (ERP Software)
- Preparing daily accounts statement and weekly institutional statement
- Maintain petty cash, pay advances for official purpose against approval and ensure its adjustment
- Prepare summary of all kind of bill & voucher of depot expenses
- Maintain record of all fixed assets and stock of stationary expenses
- Monitor credit position on regular basis
- Perform Accounts Reconciliation Process
Pre-requisite to apply:
- B.Com/B.B.S/B.B.A (Accounting background)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS office)
- Within 32 years of age
