Job Description

  • Provide quality service to the customer over online communication (eg: email, web chat, social media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
  • Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
  • Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis
  • Serve customers through digital channel with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. In this way enhance daraz brand image.
  • Maintaining high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.

Requirements

  • Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university.
  • Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali.
  • Proficient in typing is must (English & Bengali)
  • Should have the mind to work in shifting basis.
  • knowledge in MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
