Aarong – BRAC has recently published a circular for the position of Outlet Manager, Retail.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve financial year sales budget for the assigned outlet and manage day-to-day operations
- Meet financial objectives by preparing an effective annual budget for the outlet and initiate corrective actions to control cost, shrinkage, and damage to enhance profitability
- Maintain retail and VM standards of the outlet to ensure a comfortable shopping experience for the customers
- Ensure all customer service parameters are monitored and maintained on the floor
- Develop and retain staff through feedback, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Maintain optimum stock inventory as per the sales trend and business plan
- Supervise outlet accountant/cashier to perform all financial activities at the outlet
- Accomplish outlet maintenance tasks (admin, security & general) in coordination with the relevant departments
- Prepare business reports to analyze work areas and future developments as per the requirements
- Maintain liaison with local administration, landowners, mall authority, and relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor preferably in business or finance from any reputed university
- A Diploma/Certification course in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
- Eight (08) years of relevant experience, including a minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role
Additional Requirements:
- Should have Strong skill on effective communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Should have strong analytical and strategic ability
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
