We have an opening in the CRM team, Unilever Bangladesh for the position of CRM Associate- for Data, Digital & IT. It’s a contractual position where we prefer someone with 3-4 years of experiential knowledge in development, UI/UX, CRM, etc. Let me know if any query comes up (Freshers can apply as well with relevant experience).
JD/Responsibility
– Managing CRM database, Apps & other affiliated Software/webs
– Developing CRM systems by bringing new avenues and innovation to better connect consumers
– Improving existing system, CRM DBMS & apps – Collaborating with teams/users working with system
– Consulting and negotiating with IT teams, developers & other relevant parties
– Monitoring Pureit careline to ensure full-proof careline technical facility
– data governance & management as per company policy Qualification
– CS Grad with specialization in relevant field & development – Experience in relevant field especially in leading CRM network in ecommerce/mobile wallet system
– Communication & Negotiation is required here as well Remuneration Negotiable depending on experience, background, and portfolio
