About Unilever Bangladesh’s Management Trainee Programme:

Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) in Bangladesh is part of a global leadership programme to build top-performing and high potential undergraduate talent into future leaders featuring cross-pillar rotations with international exposure opportunities.

The 15-month programme is designed to grow you as a talent for future leadership through hands-on learning in a fast-paced work environment. After successful graduation from the programme, candidates are placed into an accelerated career trajectories.

Who are we looking for?

  • Fresh graduates/ candidates with maximum 1 year of full-time work experience
  • Demonstrated examples in developing leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Passion for winning and aspirations for an accelerated career
