Educational Requirements
- MBM/MBA/ Masters in any discipline from any recognized Public/ Private/ Foreign University.
- At least 3 (three) 1st Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA with no 3rd Class/ Division in entire academic record.
- Minimum ‘5B’ in O-Level and ‘2B’ in A-Level (in case of English Medium students). Only published results are acceptable.
Additional Requirements
- Age: Not exceeding 30 (thirty) years as on last date of application [32 (thirty-two) for descendants of Freedom Fighter/ Martyred Freedom Fighter).
- Interpersonal Skills:
- High career aspiration and self-motivation. Can-Do attitude.
- Proactive, smart and result oriented with strong integrity and social skill.
- Other Requirements: Signing an Indemnity Bond to serve the bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years. Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Compensation & Other Benefits
