Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) 2022, Bangladesh

What is ULIP ?

Unilever Leadership Internship Programme is our 3 month-long flagship internship programme for final year students. We recruit 4 batches (July, October, January & April.) of interns for the whole year at once.

ULIP internships are offered in the below functions:

• SALES & MARKETING
• FINANCE
• HUMAN RESOURCES
• SUPPLY CHAIN
• RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
• INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
• LEGAL

Internship Requirements:

1. Eligibility:
   • ULIP recruitment is on an annual basis
   • All final year undergraduates who will commence their internship between July 2022 to April 2023 are eligible to apply
   • Fresh graduates (who completed all their courses no earlier than February 2022) are welcome to apply
2. Duration of internship: 3 months (Subject to extension up to 4 months)
3. Where: Dhaka, Chittagong
4. When: We will recruit 4 batches of interns for the whole year at once. The batches are–
   • July 2022
   • October 2022
   • January 2023
   • April 2023
