About the job

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to establish the printing ink business line by providing efficient technical support in the printing process at the production facilities of customers (printing units). This role will also be responsible for grabbing new customers and building long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • To visit clients on-site, inform clients about ink products of BPBL through product demonstration, convince customers to conduct trial and place orders through effective negotiation, persuasion, empathy, and assertiveness.
  • To ensure that customers get the best results from using BPBL ink products in their printing facilities by addressing technical issues, calibration, and technical problems of flexo & gravure printing processes.
  • To develop a strong relationship with clients’ purchase team, technical team, and other vital stakeholders by rendering value-added services to build long-term loyalty and expand the business.
  • To understand the ever-changing requirements of customers and keep track of the latest developments in this sector to propel timely innovative measures by BPBL, in coordination with R&D.
  • To organize and conduct training programs in order to impart knowledge on product & service offerings, including the latest developments of BPBL to all relevant stakeholders by highlighting different functional benefits, and superior quality, and clarifying technical issues/parameters.
  • To prepare and submit regular reports on the printing ink business and related technical workshops, keeping the management updated on performance.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from a well-reputed university.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience working in the printing ink industry will be preferred.

Location: Chattogram, Bangladesh.
