About the job

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to oversee all the sales operations and other relevant activities to ensure the availability of products and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory which will ultimately result in achieving the organizational goal.

Responsibilities:

  • To devise effective territory sales (dealer/customer) and painter penetration strategies to achieve the revenue target of the company.
  • To gain insights of key business stakeholders by proficient management of sales force software and achieve fixed coverage planning (business call and relationship calls) target for the year.
  • To analyse data for business decision making through ground action to increase brand reach, market share, consumer share, and display share objective within our operating segment.
  • To conduct relationship calls with consumers, painters, and project owners to address concerns and provide solution for grabbing new business opportunity.
  • To create business opportunities by utilizing all the available resources provided by the company and ensure sustainable relationship with the key stakeholders by providing value added business service to them.
  • To embrace and execute financial norms and customer service guidelines to win the deal.
  • To maintain and streamline dealers’ agreement, balance confirmation, service delivery confirmation, merchandising agreement, and other incentive arrangements to make the operation transparent and smooth at the end of every month.
  • To organize and conduct training and workshops, initiatives for internal and external stakeholders to improve productivity, increase loyalty, and gain share from competition.
  • To prepare and present market visit report to the Line management and Branch Manager/ Regional Manager to take proactive measure and retaliate competitions’ activities to increase volume share in the territory.
  • To check regular performance tracking through benchmarking target versus achievement and achieve the objective within a given timeline.

Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA from any well reputed university.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
