This job is for the joint venture of Berger. Berger manufactures coil coatings through its joint venture with Becker Industrial Coatings Holding AB, Sweden named- “Berger Becker Bangladesh Limited.”

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to accomplish the strategies for an effective production process by ensuring all the relevant activities most effectively and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning for effective utilization of manpower and machinery.
• Ensure batch operations are followed as per SOP.
• Ensure EHS requirements and execution of 5S on the production floor.
• Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and Warehouse functions to ensure delivery.
• Leading people.
• Ensure PM of all machines as per schedule.
• Reviewing day-to-day activities at beginning of the day.
• Data input in SAP.

Required Educational Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any well-reputed university.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
