Requirements

Education
  • Grad & Post Grad: CGPA at least 3.00 out of 4.00 from any recognized university (UGC approved).
  • SSC & HSC: Total CGPA of 9.00 with minimum one GPA 5.00.
  • In case of English medium students, minimum 5As in O Levels and 2As in A Levels are required.
  • Foreign Degree: Must align with the UGC guideline keeping the similar requirement of graduation and post-graduation.
  • Only published academic results are acceptable.
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 30 years as on 30 June 2024

Compensation & Other Benefits

Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee Officer for a period of one year. After completion of extensive learning & development program, the talents will be absorbed as Senior Officer

Consolidated monthly salary in the probation period is BDT 60,000/- (Sixty Thousand only). After confirmation, the salary will be in the regular pay scale of Senior Officer.

  • Finally, selected candidates will be on probation for 1 (one) year. On completion of satisfactory ‘on the job’ training, the MTO shall be confirmed as “Senior Officer” under bank’s regular scale.
