The HSBC Bangladesh Student Work Placement is for students looking for work experience with a leading global bank. The placement provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience over six months and develop your knowledge of banking and financial services.
For: Bangladeshi nationals from a recognised Bangladesh or overseas University. Preferably students, from any degree disciplines, graduating by January 2025 or completed graduation in July 2024 or later.
Duration: Six months
Areas: Wholesale Banking, Global Markets & Securities Services, Wealth and Personal Banking, Digital Business Services and Global Functions (Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Sustainability, Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk)
Start date: January 2025
Location: Bangladesh

Who can apply?
To be considered for the placement, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Be available to work full-time between January 2025 and July 2025
- Students from any degree discipline graduating by January 2025 or completed graduation in July 2024 or later
- Well-developed communication skills
- Solid PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Additional PC skills in Excel (Macro), Access and Projects
- Nationals who have the legal right to work in Bangladesh
