Responsibilities:
- To plan and organize production schedules.
- To liaise with Customer and Sales & Marketing team.
- To ensure output meets quality standards.
- To assess resource requirements.
- To oversee production processes.
- To ensure that health and safety regulations are met.
- To organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- To select and order plant machineries and spares.
- To organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- To report to the upper management.
Requirements:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Production Engineering from a well-reputed university.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and ERP software.
