This job is for the joint venture of Berger. Berger manufactures coil coatings through its joint venture with Becker Industrial Coatings Holding AB, Sweden named- “Berger Becker Bangladesh Limited.”
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to ensure and maintain the quality of the offerings while continuously improving.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality of the finished, semi-finished and Intermediate products.
- Sample collection & quality assurance of raw materials.
- Maintain test report, technical literature, equipment calibration record, and RM database.
- Recommendation for batch acceptance/rejection/held up.
- Shade development.
- Developing new vendors.
- Maintain a clean working lab and environment.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations of the group and ISO audit.
- Establish and maintain 5S within the Lab.
Required Educational Qualification & Experience:
- M.Sc and B.Sc in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from any well-reputed university.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
