Job Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to ensure consumer delight by successfully delivering application service with active supervision and follow-up. The role also involves promoting premium brands through flawless application by triggering consumer referral and repeat service purchase from Berger Experience Zone.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage Express Painting Service (EPS) at the client end by deploying resources (painters and other accessories) and ensure complete customer satisfaction by monitoring the workforce on a regular basis.
  • To initiate job after having a thorough site inspection and subsequent approval/agreement with the client regarding site condition, payment modality and job hand over date.
  • To conduct extensive site visits for follow up and new client acquisition in coordination with dealers and local sales team.
  • To ensure conformation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) during the service delivery time to attain optimum result.
  • To train and lead the paint contractors and their team to ensure SOP is followed and maintained for ensuring smooth job handover at the customer end.
  • To prepare color scheme for interior and exterior paintings as and when required by customer to ensure decorative business.
  • To proficiently handle application related complaints and queries and provide solution at the fastest possible time.
  • To provide technical support by visiting different customers as and when required.
  • To provide service for paint consultancy as and when required.
  • To develop paint contractors and provide training for EPS and Illusion designs to new/existing paint contractors.
  • To demonstrate new/existing products and conduct briefing sessions for different types of channel partners.
  • To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • To increase business opportunities through various routes of market.
  • To focus on current design trends and develop accordingly to reach potential client segments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Interior Design from a well-reputed university.
  • Experience of working in customer service function will be an added advantage.
