The City Bank Limited has recently published a circular for the position of Card Ambassador (Temporary), Cards Customer Service.
The primary job role of Card Ambassador is to provide Debit card & Credit card related services to the customers. The incumbent needs to handle all customer queries, requests, complains and disputes patiently and appropriately according to policy.
- The individual is primarily responsible for smooth running of Credit Card Customer Services in City Bank Branches and AMEX Centers.
- Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize Bank’s earnings.
- Collect and maintain documents of card members properly.
- Maintain liaison with relevant internal departments.
- 4 Years of Graduation in any discipline from reputed university.

- Age at most 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- 1 year of banking experience is preferable, but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, & people management skills
- Ability to handle complex situation
