Job Context

The primary job role of Card Ambassador is to provide Debit card & Credit card related services to the customers. The incumbent needs to handle all customer queries, requests, complains and disputes patiently and appropriately according to policy.

Job Responsibilities

  • The individual is primarily responsible for smooth running of Credit Card Customer Services in City Bank Branches and AMEX Centers.
  • Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize Bank’s earnings.
  • Collect and maintain documents of card members properly.
  • Maintain liaison with relevant internal departments.

  • 4 Years of Graduation in any discipline from reputed university.

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

  • Age at most 30 years

  • 1 year of banking experience is preferable, but not mandatory.
