Admin & Front Desk Officer
Dhaka, Bangladesh — Full Time
Responsibilities
- Executing day to day basis general administrative activities
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
- Manage janitorial stuff and administer office security and logistics support
- Assisting in travel and logistics arrangement for the overseas visitors and foreign guests
- Monitor and update employees’ monthly leave record and movement register
- Attending to Reception desk/Front office, handling communication system (i.e. PABX/Fax etc.)
- Coordinating with HR, Finance and IT functions for ensuring shared services to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Preferably one year of experience in administrative role however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- High interpersonal, influential, and good communication skill
- Fluency in English speaking, writing and listening
- Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow
- Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients
- Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team
