Job Descriptions:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within Aarong.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals, prioritize positions, and synchronize recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. Handle salary negotiations, extend job offers, and facilitate the acceptance process.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance Aarong’s reputation as a top employer.
- Create engaging content for social media, careers pages, and other platforms to showcase the company culture and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all recruitment channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and offering support throughout the recruitment process.
- Gather and analyze feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
- Implement innovative recruitment practices to stay competitive in the talent market.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation.
- Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor of Business Administration (Preferably in Human Resource Management) from any reputed university
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in employer branding initiatives, including content creation and social media management.
- Previous experience in a large retail or multinational organization.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading recruitment-related projects or initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms relevant to employer branding.
