We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as the Senior Officer of our Human Resource and Learning Division. In this role, you will be working closely with our transformational projects team across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update all AoPs of people, culture, and communications, ensuring the tracking of strategic projects, campaigns, and programs.
  • Coordinate all leadership meetings for HRD, LLD, and communications, and provide support in handling IPC-focused events.
  • Provide assistance in conducting data analysis on people and learning initiatives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Support employee engagement activities throughout the year.
  • Manage all HR communications and branding activities with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Health and Wellbeing to ensure timely delivery and analysis of each execution.
  • Assist Head of Strategic Projects in any and all organizational deliveries

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional job requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, oral presentation, and communication skills (both in Bangla and English)
  • Knowledge on basic HR/learning and development
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Problem-solving mindset and collaborative spirit for co-creating and implementing solutions within a team environment.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor in any discipline preferably in HRM from any reputed university.
