Job Description
Major Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising OB team under operations department
- Ensure On ground managment
- Carry out regular audit spot checks to ensure quality to process and provide feedback on findings
- Notify WH manager of any requirements for consumbles in a timely manner
- Plan and prepare workflow, train and comuniacte with stuffs on accurate execution before every big campaign
- Maintaining communication with various depertments
- Conduct and participate on regional meetings and capable of execution plans
- Daily allocation and monitoring of tasks and duties
- Monitoring daily and monthly KPI of OB team
- Reporting all the updates and escalate issue to warehouse manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
- Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
- Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities, and strong numerical and analytical ability
- Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions
- Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments and work under high pressure
- Highly adaptable to the quick-changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft excel & power point
