Job Purpose
Administer various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies, best practices and current legislation.
Major Job Responsibilities
- Maintain Staff database and staff personal files , leaver management, payroll, retirement benefits, issue employment related letters, performance management and other administrative tasks of HR
- Support to organize Employee Engagement Initiatives and Employer Branding
- Sourcing of resources and facilitate the recruitment process starting from arranging approvals to on boarding, co ordinate with hiring managers etc
- Support catering the organization-wide training need, organize the training programs and create awareness among employees on learning
- Manage the HR Systems and reporting
- Internal, external communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications required
- Bachelors degree from any reputed university
- Pro-active, dependable and team player with can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Good Organizing and time management skill
- High integrity with good work ethic
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication (or related discipline).
