Garment Technician
Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Evaluate garment samples in terms of fitting, measurement, construction, and sewing.
- Identify potential problems of samples that may arise during production and provide solutions.
- Knowledge and understanding in pattern adjustment to implement operational process (Proto/SMS/Bulk).
- Guide operator/sample maker for making perfect sample as per customer/buyer demand.
- Follow up production according to production plan and ensure on time delivery.
- Prepare production card, Customer copy for Marketing Department.
Pre-Requisite to Apply:
- Graduate from any reputed institution.
- Must have 4 years or above experience as Garment Technician in Knit industry.
- Maximum 35 years of Age
Required Skills & Age:
- Proficient in using all types of sewing machines used for garment production.
- Strong knowledge in fabric & garment construction.
- Capable to identify and analyze problems and give solutions.
- Strong communication skills.
Work Station: Factory at Bhaluka, Mymensingh
