Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide executive assistant support to the Country Director.
  2. Prepare reports, documentation, and conduct relevant research.
  3. Improve business processes through active feedback.
  4. Respond to complex business support queries efficiently.
  5. Maintain organized records and databases compliant with regulations.
  6. Revise and review correspondence to meet quality standards.
  7. Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and reconciliation.
  8. Recommend procedural improvements for business support services.
  9. Offer comprehensive business support to ensure effective operations.
  10. Train and support junior staff in business support functions.
  11. Coordinate tasks of the Country Director’s Driver for consistent service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of six years in progressively responsible roles within business support or administrative functions.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in business processes and support systems.
    • Strong communication abilities in English and Bangla.
    • Financial data analysis and budget monitoring.
    • Proactive in identifying and implementing service improvements.
    • Relationship-building across various functions.
    • Leadership in coordinating and training teams.
    • Maintains confidentiality at all times.
