Date of Primary Scholarship Exam (PSE/PSC) 2022 in Bangladesh Has Declared
Primary Scholarship Exam (PSE) 2022 will be held in Bangladesh this year instead of Primary Education Completion (PEC) or PSC Examination.
This year the preliminary scholarship exam will be held on 29th December 2022. For this, the Directorate of Primary Education has ordered the examination of the answer sheets between the end of the ongoing annual assessment (annual examination) of the fifth class on December 19 and December 20. And the results of the fifth class evaluation will be published on December 21. For this, the answer sheet of fifth class annual examination should be evaluated daily.

This scholarship exam will be in Bengali, English, Mathematics and Science subjects. There will be a total of 100 marks in each subject with 25 marks. This exam will be held in two hours in one day.
The Directorate of Primary Education issued this instruction to all the upazila or thana education officers of the country regarding preparation for the scholarship examination yesterday. It is said that the preliminary scholarship examination will be held at the upazila level on December 29 at 11 am. Before that, by December 27, schools will have to distribute admit cards and other work.
It is known that 10 percent of the selected fifth grade students of each school will get the opportunity to participate in this scholarship examination. The rest will not get this opportunity.
Who will be selected for the Primary Scholarship Exam
An official of the administration branch of the Directorate of Primary Education told Prothom Alo that 10 percent of the students will be selected for the primary scholarship examination based on the results of the annual examination.
10 percent students will be selected for the preliminary scholarship examination based on the results of the annual examination.
However, the guidelines of the Department of Primary Education do not specify how 10 percent students will be selected. Teachers are confused about this. A head teacher of a government primary school in Dhaka told Prothom Alo that they thought 10 percent of the students would be selected based on the previous year’s exams or other activities. But the issue has not been clarified in the new guidelines.
