Job Responsibilities
- To work as an Territory Sales Officer(TSO) within the assigned zone to develop retail sales. Identifying local business opportunities and challenges in order to expand the market.
- To work closely with distributor and internal teams to meet individual and group sales target.
- Collaboration and coordination with distributors’ team ensuring adequate product knowledge, sales training and sales support as may require following company sales policy.
- Regular market analysis and market development collecting competitor’s information, activities and strategies aligning with company objectives.
- Achieving monthly sales and collection target. Regular collection monitoring and meeting the collection target maintaining less risk of dealer default.
- Have to work in a team under direct supervision of Area Sales Manager in formulating marketing & sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of the company.
- Ensure Model wise product availability in retailer shop and SKU placement as per retail smart phone placement guideline.
- Execute POSM distribution plan as per company’s instruction.
- Providing monthly report on sales, collections and retailers & distributors status.

Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years

- Must have updated knowledge about Mobile industry, competitors’ performance and other information
- Must have concrete plan to develop sales performance in assigned area.
- Must have ability to set up strong distribution network as per market and company requirements
- Must need to be efficient in credit management to get maximum output from distributors for the company.
- Must have Good knowledge in office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
