MJL Bangladesh Limited (MJLBL) is a publicly listed company in the downstream petroleum sector of Bangladesh engaged in blending, importing, and distributing Mobil brand lubricants of ExxonMobil. We are looking for ambitious, proactive, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for our Sales & Marketing Department.
Position: Senior Executive – Digital Sales

Location: Dhaka
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA or equivalent from a reputed University
Experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience in Digital Sales with an E-commerce platform. A certification course in a related field will be added advantage. Adequate understanding of the Digital Sales Process
Job Nature: Full-Time
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the company’s own Digital platform & e-commerce partner’s sales operation.
- Review Mobil/Omera brand Lubricant Digital sales insights and use them to develop yearly sales promotion campaigns, timeframe, and associated activities.
- Research user-friendly features and layouts that appeal the most to customers throughout competitors’ digital communication channels for future platform development.
- Evaluating legal disclaimers and website contents to ensure that they are compliant, error-free, and on-brand.
- Managing the smooth functioning of different online e-commerce platforms.
- Working closely with demand planning, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfillment of orders on time.
- Review customers’ concerns, needs, and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process for buying products online.
- Any other responsibilities as instructed by the line manager.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to interpret data and identify insights from analytics
- Complete understanding of all relevant digital/online sales tools
- Familiarity with Google Web Designer and Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Good communication capability
- Good presentation and project management skills
