Aarong – BRAC has recently published a circular for the position of Senior Officer, Accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify appropriate training
  • Plan, organize and conduct different training programs that address specific business needs
  • Prepare annual training calendar and follow up on its implementation
  • Develop and prepare different training contents as per assignments
  • Assist in preparing departmental training budgets
  • Track and monitor training Inventory for stock management
  • Maintain liaison with external stakeholders, i.e., training institutes, trainers, etc.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A Bachelor Degree (Preferable BBA in HRM)) from any reputed university

Experience:

  • 0-1 year of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
