Job Description
We’re looking for an extremely versatile and adaptive individual to help grow existing HR operations and actively drive new initiatives in a fast-moving start-up culture. Freshers are encouraged to apply!

Job Details: Job Modality: Permanent
Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 BDT

Responsibilities:

  • Support in implementing Performance Management initiatives
  • Assess training needs and facilitate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Assist in building HR Analytics Dashboards and reports
  • Provide support in revising current and formulating new HR policies
  • Support in executing talent development and retention initiatives
  • Provide support in execution of HR projects
  • Assist in managing recruitment operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving work culture
  • Must have a can-do attitude to get things done effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal as well as leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate
  • Strong display of proactivity, ownership, and responsibility
  • Proficient knowledge of Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, and Google Workflow
  • Strong written, and verbal communication and presentation skills
