JOB PURPOSE
Ensure maintaining of mutation of lands, supervision of land related cases and maintaining land related files/documents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain all income and expenditure of BRAC lands.
- Ensure mutation of BRAC lands on time.
- Ensure payment of land taxes and lease of cultivated lands.
- Take urgent steps for solving land related problems such as- recovering position of purchased land, resolving ownership disputes and ensuring boundary of total land area with involving enormous hassles.
- Ensure sale of unused lands.
- Follow up on going land cases.
- Maintain land related files.
- Communicate with Government officials, Local Government and others to solve the land related problems.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to coordinate with different Govt. & Non Govt. Offices.
- Frequent field visit.
- Computer skill on MS Word, MS Excel etc.
- Knowledge on Land related rules & regulations.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Graduation in any discipline from any recognised university.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in relevant field. Candidates having experience with any farm or institution regarding land supervision will be given preference.
