The management trainee programme has been crafted to develop BRAC’s next generation of leaders. The challenging yet unique programme will accelerate your readiness to take on diverse roles and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities via hands-on experience and an array of responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in any discipline from any recognised university with all 1st division/class or CGPA 3 (on a scale of 4)
- 1 year of experience is preferred
Job Location: Any BRAC office across Bangladesh.
