Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target and objective of the territory as per budget.
- Routinely update Territory Manager about any information, suggestions, criticism related to the activity and results of the territory.
- Train and develop dealers based on the related task and in line with the company’s training policy.
- Make routine visits to all potential fields to ensure the availability of our products.
- Ensure proper product detailing to the customers and dealers.
- Visit the dealers frequently to ensure the sales as per budget.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales & recovery reports to immediate supervisors.
- Organize dealers briefing sessions as and when required.
- Organize road shows and other promotional events.

Educational Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 33 years
- 01- 02 year experience in the relevant industry will get preference.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
- Sound communication, social and selling skills.
- Mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Interested to pursue a career in Sales outside Dhaka.
