Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales

Coca-Cola Bangladesh Beverages Limited (A Subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company) is a part of The Coca-Cola Company’s Bottling Investments Group (BIG) and engaged in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of beverages under the trademarks of The Coca-Cola Company.

In line with our business plan and to cater to our fast-growing market, we are looking to hire talents in the position of Area In-charge who will be responsible to drive our growth agenda in the assigned territories.

Location: Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rajshahi & Rangpur Divisions

Major Job Responsibilities:

· Achieve set up targets: profit, volume, product distribution, asset placement, and others as per business plan.

· Lead the team, monitor their performance; coach and motivate the team members for continuous improvement of performance and delivery of results.

· Execute on-the-job training (OJT) plan for the front-end sales team to improve functional skills and implement capability initiatives.

· Effectively implement sales, promotional, merchandising, and advertising programs as specified and assigned for the specified areas with effectively managing the placement of sales generating assets (SGA) to improve productivity.

· Manage an allocated discount budget including continuous tracking and periodic reporting.

· Drive Relationship with Outlets through the team of Market Developers and Account Developers to ensure sustained business

Job Specific Competencies

· Market Execution – Competent

· Sales & Distribution – Good understanding

· Analytics – Productivity Analysis – Competent

Education & Experience Requirements:

· Graduation / Post-graduation from a reputed university

· 3-5 years experience of handling similar roles in FMCG industry, preferably in a multinational company.
