Job Scope
The incumbent will be responsible for overall management of all functionalities of Travel desk. This role requires ensuring standard customer services in Dispatch section, responding to customer and business queries, and supporting courier operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitoring dispatch counter & PAPS application
- Train up other associates to operate PAPS smoothly
- Monitoring all document receiving in PAPS both in dispatch and OCP counters
- Visiting Tax-offices for various official purposes
- Visiting National Board of Revenue and Duduk Offices to deliver and receive sensitive business communications
Academic Qualification
- Graduation (4 years)/ Post Graduation from any discipline
Relevant Past experience
- Minimum 1/2 years’ experience in administrative role will be preferred
Functional Competencies
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent in written & verbal communication
- Efficient in people & situation management
- High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Outlook
