MetLife Bangladesh has published a circular for the position of Executive Officer / Senior Executive Officer, Employee Benefits.
Job Scope
This role is responsible for providing overall system support for group insurance policies along with the project management collaboration with multiple/ cross functional stakeholders. These activities include creation and maintenance of group policies in the system, database maintenance, support business communications, project management, claims system issues, troubleshooting etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive policy admin system development, change request for current system enhancement and issue fixation including documentation tracking
- Provide support for overall digital transformation of Employee Benefits
- Demonstrate pro-active ownership and expertise to perform timely BAU system activities
- Prepare upload able & validated excel version of census by reorganizing client database and update the same in system within agreed time
- Meet specified standard timeline for policy’ service delivery for different system category including renewals
- Coordinate with respective cross functional stakeholders for problem solving of service issues
- Maintain, escalate & track system service issues in an organized and professional manner
- Generate, prepare, and deliver reports and information within given time and often in short notice
- Manage & support departmental projects with the project teams from business ends (e.g., providing business requirements, participate in UAT sessions, regression testing, providing feedbacks, field visit etc.)
- Perform any activities related to system and manual policy maintenance
Academic Qualification
- Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university
- MBA/ Masters in relevant field is preferred
Relevant Past experience
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Project Management or Business Analysis will be preferred
