Right now we are looking for some energetic and result oriented team members for our Internal Audit Department of SQUARE Textiles Division.
Executive – HR and Administration
Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee HR related activities of factory premises to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute in HR planning and facilitating recruitment process.
- Perform in formulating HR Policies in compliance within legal and regulatory framework.
- Organize & coordinate annual performance appraisal process.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
- Ensure on time monthly payment
- Organize & coordinate yearly increment process
Pre-requisite to apply:
- BBA/MBA in HRM or Management from any public university or reputed private university.
- Must 2-3 years of experience in HR and Administration department in a reputed textile industry.
- Age: Maximum 32 years.
Work Station: Factory at Bhaluka, Mymensingh
