Job Description
The DFLP (Daraz Future Leadership Program) is an 18 months program designed to help you become our next leader. Throughout the three six-month rotations, you`ll be given opportunities that drive business results and will help you grow to your maximum potential. Your industry knowledge and personal growth will be accelerated through excellent top management coaching & leadership training.

- Minimum CGPA must be 3.25 from a reputed UGC approved university.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Candidates who graduated in the year of 2021 or 2022 from a reputed university.
