Job Context

  • Candidates should have the mindset to work on roster basis.
  • 6 days a week & 9 Hours shift.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service to the customers over Live Chat.
  • Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
  • Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
  • Maintain high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Bachelors/Honors running students who can manage office hours may apply.
  • Strong communication skills both in English & Bangla
  • Should have typing speed 30 words per minute.
  • Should have computer literacy & MS Office.
  • Should have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Skills Required: Customer Service, Good Communication Skills, must have good,typing speed (Both Bangla & English), Professional English Writing.

Experience Requirements

  • At most 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Call Center, Customer Service
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply

Job Location

Dhaka (Dhanmondi)


  • Tk. 14000 – 15000 (Monthly)
  • As per company policy.
