Job Context

Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to the customers over Live Chat.
- Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
- Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
- Maintain high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Bachelors/Honors running students who can manage office hours may apply.
- Strong communication skills both in English & Bangla
- Should have typing speed 30 words per minute.
- Should have computer literacy & MS Office.
- Should have the ability to work under pressure.
- Skills Required: Customer Service, Good Communication Skills, must have good,typing speed (Both Bangla & English), Professional English Writing.
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Customer Service - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
